Sherly's Desk... Few moments later he felt as something creeping beside him, he tried to look but could not. Suddenly he felt as a snake fastened on his leg. He closed his eyes tightly and had no idea what to do now. Because of fear and torment he was shaking, crying and screaming but no one was there to help him. Few more moments later he felt as so many snakes and other insects and animals were around him. They were biting him and adding more torture in his pain and sufferings. He tried to shake off everything and ran as fast as he could. He ran and ran but he felt as all of them are with him. While running he reached to the place of fire. He could see millions of people were inside that fire and were tormented day and night. He could listen their terrible screams and painful cries for help. Oh, there is no second chance once a person dies... you are here because your name is not in the book of life... go to the eternal torment because you never accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior...he recalled the words of angle. Oh, am I going to be in this place forever? Will my parents and friends will also come in this place... he could not think much about it. Help... help..... save me,,,, he tried to scream as loud as he could scream. No one can save you now because there is only one Savior and you have rejected His salvation while on the earth... angel's word were coming and hitting him hard as hammer... He said in his heart, "I just want to return, I will do whatever it takes to go to heaven." Please send me back on earth... please, oh Lord Jesus please save me.. I cannot bear the pain... I cannot see these and my own sufferings... please... Suddenly he heard a thunderous voice, "Go back, your time on the earth is not finished yet." Johnny opened his eyes and found himself surrounded by doctors, nurses and his parents and sister in a hospital. He tried to recall where he was and where he is at present. While returning from his friend's house, he had met with an accident and his bicycle was completely damaged as it had gone under the car. Oh, oh.. Where I am, he tried to scream.. his face was still having the signs of total fear and despair. Doctors and parents faces were beamed with joy seeing him coming back to life. You are in hospital. As soon as his eyes fell on his mother, he screamed, "Momma, I do not want to go back again in that place, please.. I never... he started crying. Momma asked, what you are saying, which place? Johnny told her his journey of heaven and hell and how angel sent him to hell and the sufferings and pain of hell. Momma, put his arms around him and said, my son, if you want to go to heaven, you need to repent from your sins and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. She asked do you want to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior right now, so that you may not go into hell fire again? He nodded his head in yes. Momma said, repeat this prayer after me: Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. Today I repent from all my sins. Please forgive and forget all my sins. Please wash me with your precious blood that was shed for the remission of my sin on the cruel cross. I invite you as my Lord and Savior in my life. From now on I will live for you and walk in your ways. When I close my eyes in this world, please help me to live a holy life and enter into your kingdom. Thank you Jesus for forgiving my sins. I pray in Jesus name, amen. After praying this prayer he felt very light as all his burdens were lifted away. He felt a great peace filling in his heart. He was now ready to face the world with new life with Jesus. After
separating from Jonathan, David came to Nob where he met Ahimelech the
priest. When Ahimelech met David he was afraid, and said to him,
"Why are you alone, and no one is with you?"
So David said to Ahimelech the priest, "The king has ordered
me on some business, and said to me, 'Do not let anyone know anything
about the business on which I send you, or what I have commanded you.'
And I have directed my young men to such and such a place."
Then David asked Ahimelech the priest that, "what have you on hand? Give me five loaves of bread in my hand, or whatever can be found." And the priest answered David and said, "There is no common bread on hand; but there is only holy bread, if the young men have kept themselves holy I can give it to you. Then David answered, and said to him, "Truly, we are journeying from last three days since I came out. And the vessels of the young men are holy, and the bread is in effect common, even though it was sanctified in the vessel this day." So
the priest gave him holy bread; for there was no bread there but the
showbread which had been taken from before the LORD, in order to put hot
bread in its place on the day when it was taken away.
Now a certain man of the servants of Saul was there that day,
detained before the LORD. And his name was Doeg, an Edomite, the chief
of the herdsmen who belonged to Saul.
David asked Ahimelech, "Is there not here on hand a spear or
a sword? For I have brought neither my sword nor my weapons with me,
because the king's business required haste." The priest said, "The sword of Goliath the Philistine,
whom you killed in the Valley of Elah, there it is, wrapped in a cloth
behind the ephod. If you will take that, take it. For there is no other
except that one here." And David said, "There is none like it;
give it to me." Then
David arose and fled that day from before Saul, and went to Achish the
king of Gath. And the servants of Achish said to him, "Is this not
David the king of the land? Did they not sing of him to one another in
dances, saying: 'Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten
thousands'?" When
David heard those words he took it to heart, and was very much afraid of
Achish the king of Gath. So he changed his behavior before them, feigned madness in
their hands, scratched on the doors of the gate, and let his saliva fall
down on his beard. Then
Achish said to his servants, "Look, you see the man is insane. Why
have you brought him to me? Have I need of madmen, that you have brought
this fellow to play the madman in my presence? Shall this fellow come
into my house?" David
therefore departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam. And
when his brothers and all his father's house heard it, they went down
there to him. And everyone
who was in distress, everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was
discontented gathered to him. So he became captain over them. And there
were about four hundred men with him.
